I know some have probably thru knowing each other but I was thinking if anyone has bought the car, not knowing about CEG, then after joining CEG is told "oh yeah you had so and so's car".

I'd never buy a CEGer's car... they all bag them

Several, and I mean several, NE-CEGers have. However, under most circumstances they didn't know about CEG until told by the previous owner about it. (i.e. daniels_scsvt found out because corey, who sold him the SVT, told him about CEG.)
