Rumor mill says the 2004 1/2 Focus SVT finally gets a turbo, like in Europe. Sorry Zetec fans, it will be on the Duratec 2.3L four pot.

rumor also has it that the svt focus will be scratched to cover budget losses, and i have heard that one more than once....

That would be a very foolish move for Ford IMO. The turbo Focus seems like the right move at this point in time. The custom boyricer market is not something to be ignored at this point in time , and to ignore it to cut the budget will only warrant more cuts.
