Few weeks? Crofty hasnt posted for over 2 months! (11/6/03 was his last post) and yours was 11/18/03 before now. Fellas, this isnt how you run a business and your certainly not building a reputable name for yourself. You guys are dealing with very frustrated customers, including myself and all weve heard this whole time is your sorry! Im sorry to hear your father had a heart attack, but you could have taken 5 minutes out of your day, as well as Crofty, to post an update or why kits havent been shipping out. You can see were at the point where were ready to take legal action. I want my kit as well as everyone else, but if things dont change, ill make sure they do.

Hmm Crofty posts more over on www.termpro.com forums than he does here. I am waiting for him start some kind of money sceme over there as well. Doesnt seem like his problems are that bad if he can post and keep up with topics over there and not keep up on his obligations here. His most recent post was SATURDAY. And he has had a steady posting spree lately. No time to post here, haha im sorry but i cant see how youll can actualy believe these people.

Hi this is julio from ceg. So far i have been very patient with you guys and the production of the kit. I feel we have been waiting too long and its time for an answer. I like others on CEG am putting a dead line on you guys for either my kit or my money. They dead will be the first of march. if by that time i dont have my tracking number with the kit actually on a truck or i dont have the kit i will have my bank press charges and we will make sure we have this resolved. I payed with checks and so far both checks for shipping and handling have been cashed so i expect a shipment. I have also downloaded your website and taken screen shots of it showing that i have payed both shipping charges and the charges of the body kit. I also have paper copies from my checkbook and from my bank account stating that 1. I sent the money and 2. the checks have been cashed. I am sorry it has come down to this but i feel that i am doing the proper thing.
NEED AN SVT REAR BUMPER!!! pm me

Crofty is done posting on this board.. he doesn't want to hear everyone going off anymore.. he's frustrated.. and besides he's out for at least a couple weeks do to his wife being diagnosed with cancer.. though this is none of you guys concern he's not here.. and I am the only one working to finish the kits we have for multiple cars.. i have talked to a couple people over aim.. I am working on getting the next kits out.. 3 people have recieved there kits.. the remaining will recieve there kits.. We will not rip you off.. we did not do this just to make money.. we are planning on getting kits out to everyone. I am the only one doing this now.. ONE person.. i can only go so freaking fast.. and i can't post daily on who's getting what when i don't even know... i know you guys are pissed. i know your frustrated. i know you guys want your kits.. and i want everyone to get there kits.
this was not my project to begin wiht.. chris was trying to do you guys a favor in getting you a kit no one elese would do.. now i understand why no one else would do it..

Because companies can't offer customer support or make a product in a timely manner like they said they would.
I guess getting my $75 is gonna be outta the question for a while,, though I would like to see it back. My car needs new struts among other things and that money would be nice. If you (tnovello) don't know, I made a $75 deposit a while back along with Matt (speed demon) to get the other half of his kit. It took so long, I spent my money on other things and would like my $75 back please. You can ask nirish about this if you want. Thank you.

It's probably none of my business as I'm not in this GB but I have been following it for a while as I was considering one of these kits at a later date BUT is it just me or is saying "I'm done posting on CEG because I'm tired of all the complaining" then refusing to give people updates sort of like if you went to mcDonald's and bought a value meal at the drive thru, paid at the window then sat there for about 30 minutes waiting and the person stopped opening the drive thru window to tell you they are "working at getting your big mac done" because they're tired of hearing you complain about not having your food?
Just my observation but if you start a business venture like this regardless of how angry people get you have an OBLIGATION to those customers who gave you their hard earned cash to keep them updated when things don't go as planned. I think that some consistent updates would have squelched a lot of the anger currently floating around but without any contact with the customers people started fearing the worst...just really bad business IMO.
P.S. That whole "so and so did this to do you guys a favor because no one else would" excuse is a load of crap. It's nice when people make attempts to create new aftermarket stuff for our cars but if you can't do it right then don't even bother and don't try to make it out like the CEGers who gave up their money AGES ago are are the ones at fault here.
