You're not the only one.  I feel lucky to be out only $75, but it still sucks, and if they don't refund money/get these kits out, then I'll contribute what I can to a lawsuit.

I just received an email from Crofty59 saying that kits are still in production and I should see mine soon, and I am far down the list. So will see. But lawsuit is definitly an option, but you can only sue him for what he has, which is probaly not much and than we may never get a kit or all of the money back if any.

Someone posted in another thread that if more than 10 people are involved you all can collectively file a class action lawsuit. I'm not sure how accurate that info is but someone might wanna check into it. I feel bad for all the people that got so excited about this kit only to wait and wait and wait...for nothing.
