It seems like a few more weeks will turn into a few more weeks, then the update will be the next week then a few more weeks, which would probably roll into another few more weeks. This is the pattern I've seen so far. Ah, well...

Yes it's taking a long time,,, all I can about that is, where are all the other companies making body kits for us (that don't look like extreme rice)?

Hmmm. That has nothing to do with it. I could have well been into this GB and now I am glad that I am not. I did however, since you are keeping track of what I am doing here, got in on the GB for the Hoods with the Scoop. He tells me that none of the hoods are going out until this GB is complelety done, so the longer this one takes, the longer I wait for my hood. I hope to get it before this time next year, but I haven't gotten my hopes up. Hell, he hasn't even given us guys on in the GB for hoods any more info on where to send the other $200 for our remaining balance, yet he has asked for it over a month ago. So, I seeing this whole GB taking a very long time to get resolved.

Yes, it already taken a very long time, but it SHOULD be done pretty soon. And there is info on kaotic's website on where to send money if you had really wanted to send money. I was just relaying info, I can see why companies don't wanna do anything for us though.

That information is for the GB for the Kits. I don't know if he has the hoods worked out seperate or not. Plus, if he won't even answer my PM's or reply on here sooner or later, I am not going to feel comfortable sending $200 blindly to him HOPING that it gets there and he credits me for my payment. I had worked out something with him personally last time as I hope to do this time. I cannot do this without the proper information and him knowing that I am sending it so that he can somewhat look out for it. I know he is busy, but not replying to some of our questions for almost a month is going a bit far. You can't run a business this way and not expect SOME people to criticize and become cautious.

Lets do some math:
So far over $15,000 has been paid to get kits made (18 Paid in Full + deposits and shipping) Yet still no updates or a completed picture of one being ready to ship (they were suppose to start shipping last week) I know things always get delayed, but I think this is starting to get out of hand. in 2 weeks time, they could not get one unit done?
I think a few people have their priority's in the worng order. Bad service will be the end to any business, lack of communication and support will get you zero return customers and no refferals. Since we have invested our hard earned money (hell we invested in the tooling for them) we deserve results, not just promises.
Now I realize the full 30 people did not pay, but as a company, dont they have additional funds to cover the overhead? It would seem they dont since this is really dragging out........

It's just all getting a bit too tiring. I really appreciate, and am grateful for these small companies that make things exclusively for our cars, because no one else will. But they seem to love to use that excuse for every delay, every missed deadline, etc.
Customer- "So what's the deal? Are the kits being shipped?"
Company- "No, I've been really busy lately, and haven't had the chance, and look, if it wasn't for us, you wouldn't even be able to get this kit" blah blah blah
