I paid $80. I have not recieved my gauges and HVAC or a refund of my money. Adam said he would refund me by the end of May $35 for my HVAC that I will never get, and send me a set of the gauges (I have no idea when these are supposed to come). I sent him a PM saying that I want either all $80 back or both the HVAC and gauges. The last PM I sent to Adam was on 4/11/04 and I did not get a response to it; only a read reciept also on 4/11/04.  Is there something that can be done? Perry?

What can I do? Banning him will result in even less communication. Change the way group buys are run in the future? That wouldn't help you get your money back. He's obviously broke (or else the money would be refunded), so taking him to court won't do much good.
Adam, from here on out, if you're going to post on other areas of the site, I also expect you to post in here giving some sort of update. Communications you've had with the company, who's checks are going out next, anything, something. I told you before that I'd start locking your car of the month threads if your communications in this group buy didn't improve. I'm going to start doing that. If you have time to run those contests and post elsewhere, then you have time to post in here.

At least someones taking some real action to help get this resolved, and feels what hes doing contact wise is rather shady.

ok, i'd like my refund ASAP. cuz now i'm dirt poor. i'm down to $300 to my name. can we still get these EL guages? is anyone else doing a GB?

Won an auction on an SVT set last Wednesday or Thursday, got them yesterday in the mail. Installed and working great. Not bad for $38.
I got mine a week after I ordered them. They work great. I just need to wire them up properly and itll be perfect.
Im still waiting on my refund.
If it takes you more then 2 weeks (Ill give in case you get paid bi-weekly) to pay someone 88 bucks back, then you need to get a better job.
Ive waited patiently for the gauges, that got screwed, so I waited patiently for my refund. Im still waiting. I shouldnt need to be waiting for anything. Ive been waiting for months for the gauges, and the last couple weeks (going on almost 2 months I think) for my refund. This is shady and I want answers.

Its a big deal cause Ive been waiting for over a month for it. I paid for indiglo gauges and an indiglo HVAC in November 03. As of May 04 Ive received absolutely nothing. Id say its worth making a big deal being that what I paid for is not coming, and Ive yet to get my refund which I asked for about 2 months ago. Its fraud.
