2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protoge
After driving one, it's got everything that hooked me on my SVT - razor sharp handling, sporty styling yet subtle, nice power (gotta love turbos), but with more refinement. You should be able to pick one up for 20-21K out the door. I was extremely tempted after a test drive.

how about just S/C to your car now? that way you have the look plus the extra horsepower
"What did you think about that Dorothy girl?"
"The whole Judy Garland thing kinda turned me on. That doesn't make me some sort of fag does it?
"Nah baby, your money."

The price was right though, $20K and many MTX M3's can be found for $28K-30K and any of those will EXCEED the CSVT for driving fun, IMO. Another thing though, the Mazda 6 is too big , I don't get it! I'd wait for the Mercury version the Mondeo thats supposed to come over here, I've read and seen this this rumor many times, whether its on TV or in the car mags Also you could wait for the new Ford Futura, which is based off of the Mazda 6, oh yeah, thats too big for yah Good luck finding another ride, its a buyers market out there, thats for sure
Roger I have been looking around at 97 M3s. Not that I am getting one any time soon, just been looking around. Anyway I've notice on Autotrader you can get a fully loaded 97 M3 MTX 4 door for around 18k with about 60k on it. When was your dad looking at the 95 because 20k seems a little high for a car thats 8 years old.
