It seems to start at the engine coolant temperature sensor.

The brown rubber grommet/seal you see on the wires next to
the black protective sleeve is designed to be removed from
the connector. You can use a jeweler's screwdriver to remove
it. This black protective sleeve is the only one on the fuel
injector harness which this connector is attached to, so that
should make finding it easy.

Once the grommet/seal is removed, this is what you see:

Notice the chunk of insulation missing from the white/green
wire.

This is what happens when you apply a soldering iron to this
insulation:

As you can see in the middle of the wire, it melted right through
the insulation. The correct high-temperature insulation would
NOT have melted.
