It's a pain to remove the rear exhaust manifold, but the front one is pretty easy. With an extra set of hands/eyes, it makes things much easier. Depending on where the headers are shipped from, it might not be that bad. To get an idea use a midwest zip code and use Fed Ex or UPS international shipping calculators they have on their sites to get an idea.
