i let ford change it
for 21$ Canadian they do the oil and filter
i cant be bothered for the extra 5$ to put it up on jack stands or ramps, get under the car, do the oil
then dispose of all the oil
but i used to buy penzoil at crappy tire for my sunbird when i had time living at home to change it

I just get the shop to do it,cheaper then doing it myself and letting the oil drip over the exhaust and myself and then paying to get rid of the oil-but I always double check it myself after they are done,paranoid I guess

WallMart or CrappyTire , depends on which one is having a sale. When it comes to Oil, I pay whatever to get what I want.

I use Royal Purple, about 8 bucks a liter, and a ford filter.
If less is more, think how much more, more is...

One always gets picked over really fast when it goes on sale.
