Yes, it'll work on the Zetec. Just need to follow the direction that come with it, and ask questions to those who have done it (mostly SVT owners). www.groupbuycenter.com has group buys going on for it all the time.

how to use this product properly?, it seems abit advanced for me, i wouldnt know the first thing about the required adjustment to gain the most from this product,
where could one go to have a professional properly tune the vechile?

Find a local speed shop that does installations, they will probably have somebody familiar with it.

Probably be better off getting a custom burnt chip.
