Despite our discussions on what the best products are, detailing results is about 10% product and 90% procedure and effort. Roger is a meticulous freak. I wish I had the patience to do as complete a job as he always does.

Yes, from what I've heard he does great work! Wish I had the money to spare...
And Roger, I meant the guy from Top Gear. Have you seen any of the video clips on the internet? Most of them are pretty nuts!

...With its ESP engaged, this Audi is a sure footed as any other car on the road today, but if you want a bit of fun, you can switch it off, then you can have understeer.... oversteer.....and even, if you slip it into neutral, 360 steer!" - Tiff Needell aka Top Gear's car flogging guy.

Thanks Aaron and you get the credit for getting me into the clay bar, its the key to a good job and w/o it, its not getting done right, period $400.00 for a heavily soiled car, $400.00 For $400.00 you can have your car done here twice, once in the spring and once in the fall and have some money left over You see I have no overhead, as I work by myself and although I understand why a shop charges more, but $225.00 more than I do, geez All I can say is if you don't believe my work, ask around or set something up to see my own car. I drive it everyday and it looks brand new, not bragging here but $300.00-$400.00 gets my attention and I'd like to save you guys some money

Thats from Classic detailing in downtown roch hills.. Expensive is an understatement. I about [censored] when they told me that. They claim to have done some of the cars in one of the batman movies too.. But they mainly do old restorations, IE 60's vette's.

Ok so I got the car back today... (quite whining about the price he's a friend remember) I must admit.. I'm amazed he got the floor as clean as he did. and the Wheels look better than I've ever seen them. Of course this doesn't mean much to most of you since you never saw the egg stained, black wheeled hasn't been washed in a month while sitting at DTW 5 days a week look it had before. Even after spending countless weekends cleaning it myself, claybaring and a haphazard wax job it looked like crap. and the interior was just a joke all the time. I'm quite amazed with the interior. And now the paint shines so nice that I see every f'ing egg damage (long story) laugage scratch, door dinge, etc as a reason to start over with a new car. But with the exception of the dings I now can't see the all that unless I'm right up on the car and looking for them. Great I tell ya. Even got to white paint and scrap from an offending light pole off the rear bumper. Now if I can only find the source of the film on my front window that they FINALLY got rid of for the most part. (No I don't smoke) Just hope that crap never comes back.

I'm hoping to get some good pics of the car tomorrow while it looks nice Cause I know it won't stay this way for long. Might have to hit up Roger-R then

Stoner's Invisible Glass and a couple microfiber towels will work great for you.

I didn't wash my car for about a month this winter. It looked like this:
