This is only a suggestion and not meant to undermind Milan. Gingerman has open track for $50 on that Thursday from 5:30-8:30pm. Its only 10 minutes farther than the closest track, Blackhawk Farms. So nothing is very close to Chicago. SZ2002 opened with this on Thursday. At about 140 miles from the hotel, we could meet there first, then drive over. Just an idea.

I was thinking of running there on the way to the hotel. Many people are coming from Michigan, Canada, etc. It would not be too far out of the way. FWIW, the road course here in Indiana charges $450 for 8 hours. So $50 for 3 hours is a bargain, most autocross cost $25 for what amouts to 5 minutes of tracktime, in Gingerman we would get 3 hours for $50.

I see what you guys were talking about. If you want to do this on your way over to the meet, than all the power to you. But, there is no way we are gonna incorporate this into the Meet schedule. That is just not gonna happen...
