That's probabaly the p/n for the upper that we "could" have gotten if they did the Cougar - when that was eliminated so were the plans for the cheap upper. Many people have tried to order them with no luck. (Good luck even getting the 700 retail / 500ish discount dual upper, I hear they're more or less indefinetly backordered)

isnt it cheaper to just send your uim to extrude hone and have it done, then buy one from ford? they list the price to do the uim and lim at 500$?!
