Yep, first autox of the year. It was a lot of fun. I had almost forgotten how big of an adrenaline rush it is. It was in Eugene, Oregon and we had about 150 people show up to race. I didn't bring my race tires down, so I raced on my 17's with Kumho 712's (talk about no straight line traction). I wish I would have brought my race tires down because a CooperS with race tires decided to show up and play in GS (which is my normal stomping grounds). It would have been a good battle between the two of us. But since I didn't have my race tires I ran in STS even though I'm stock other then the wheels. I pretty much cleaned up beating the next closest person by over a second. I ran a 39.0 and I believe the next closest ran a 40.1 in a 240SX. I'll post results when they get the final results sheet posted on the autox site.

Now that is how you represent baby! Nice work. Maybe next time you will get a shot at the Mini S.

Gotta do that more times this year. I only made it out twice in the 2002 season.
