anyone done the TH fix?
I'm not sure if i have a vaccum leak or if the moose strikes again. My car started to make a humming noise when its idling, the problem started at the beginning of winter but now it getting really bad. It makes the sound everytime i start my car and doesn't go away until the engine temp raises to the normal range.
I'm thinking the problem is caused by a vaccum leak, but i would like to rule out the possibility of the moose before i started digging into the engine or get a mechanic to look into it.
Maybe i'll get you guys to listen to it tomorrow at the meet.

I tried to install the plug but the hose wouldn't budge off the manifold. Iā??m going to try again after i drive the car around and the engine warms up maybe the hose will loosen up.
Thanks for the plug, Iā??ll let you know if it helps.

my car is idling fine but the noise is not completely gone yet. I can say 90% fixed, you can barely hear the humming noise now.
I also cleaned+oiled the filter, and wrapped the intake with a new layer of inuslation. Checked for leaky vaccum hoses and TB. Nothing looked out of the ordinary, other than TB still looks relatively clean
