I was on rt 40 in Ellicot(live here and dont know how to spell it) City monday nite around 7:30pm i saw a black 99+ contour with exhaust and non svt(guessing because body and single exhaust) wondering if it was anybody here.. I was in the 99 red mystique..wondering what he had done...sounded loud and was quick..or had a good down shift..
