OP SVTJoe_dup1 CEG\'er S Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 225 Kennesaw, Georgia	My father ordered brakes for my 1999 CSVT for my B-day back in November, just got a chance to open them and the pads specify that they are for either: Cougar 98->(-)PWS Mondeo 93-97(-)PWS Mondeo 97-2000(-)PWS So I called him and he said that they were from Gene Evans Ford from their SVO Division. Help will these fit my SVT? The part numbers I have listed are: On the label that specifies Mondeo: 1 129 985 XS71 2M008 AC On the box the box came in: XS7Z-2200-AA Are these fronts or rears?? I have another set of pads also that are the fronts I believe they have the wire running off the top of them. Their part # is 2S8Z - 2001 - AA TIA, Joe 1999 Contour SVT ~ Black w/Tan Current Mods: Fog light rewire, 20% Tint, SVT Banner,Rockford Fosgate RFX-8340, 2-12" Bostwick SPL Subs & Audiobahn 600x2 Future Mods: Knauberizing it, lowering

The rears should be the same Check www.needforspeed.co.uk for the specs on the Mondeo brakes I also think u have to cut off the wiring off the pads since the contours arent equipped with the alert light in the dash.
