As the title says is there a rebuild kit for them? Or is it even possible to rebuild them?

It's cheaper to buy remanufactured ones.
If you want I can see if I can get them for you from my distributor - I know I can get front ones, I have a reman caliper on the front drivers side of my car.

Generally speaking rebuilding rear calipers with parking brake capability is a bit trickier than more conventional calipers. The seals and shafts for the park brake mechanism is complicates things. Unless you have experience with them or have an exceptional manual to guide you, I recommend that you buy remanufactured rear calipers rather than try to reseal them.

Typically where do you get remanufactured calipers?
Also, what could I expect to pay for rear remanufactured ones?

Most any auto parts store can get them and so can the dealer. It seems that I remember that a typical price is $75.00 each, but you should be able to check on line with AutoZone, Kragan, Car Parts.com, etc.
