i have 96k on my 98csvt runs great and taken care of! i am going to order the turbo kit in march, you think i will be okay whit 100k in the car?

96K Miles?? That is alot of miles, it just depends on how all those miles came about; you said you treated your car good, so if you wanna go for it, defanately go ahead. If your engine blows up, then you do have the option of the first 3L TURBO!!! Oh BTW you might wanna get a new clutch and get a limited slip diff to handle about 100 more ft/lbs of torque.

I would check the compression. If that looks good and since it has been taken care of, you should be ok for a while. Also, as with any time you add 50% more power to an engine, you have to realize that there is no guaruntee that the engine will last...whether it has 10K miles or 100K.

That being said, I am very impressed with what the duratec has been able to put up with boost wise.
