take it. the hoods are perfect, save for the mounting hole. Mine is sitting in my hallway and i dry hump it every time i walk by it.

FYI, the box mine came in listed it as a 95 Contour Hood. I never checked, it is actually sitting in storage but that makes me wonder (I am changing my 95 to a 98+ style so I bought the 98+ style hood etc..)

Okay, I verified that there are 2 CF hoods and 2 Fiberglass hoods. Dibs for the CF hoods will have to go to those who deposited first, IIRC that is going to be xchang and 69boss302. I have to double-check my list, buried somewhere in the piles of dusty paperwork leftover from this from 2 years ago.  If you want to take a fiberglass hood instead, there will be a partial refund send. Once everyone from the group buy is handled, if there is still any fiberglass hoods left they will be available for sale.

so does anyone know what's up with the ad in the classifieds? where did he get those hoods? and who is he? or is it just some kind of scam? i called and spoke with "paris" but i didnt get much info out of it.
