Granted people on this board have been waiting as long as I have for their Turbo kits from StreetFlight, but my patience is starting to wear thin.

I have told myself that if I don't have a tracking number for the kit being sent to me by the end of January, then I will be asking for a refund and getting a Vortech instead.

No offense to StreetFlight, but dropping that sort of money and hearing the same story over and over about the kit not being ready, for months now, is becoming too hard for me to swallow.

seriously, 5G and nothing for it. . .is this an immaculate pyramid scheme? Stazi, when you get it, you'll be orgasmic. . .and the vortech, well, you just won't have the torque. . .

Keith at SF called me 30mins ago and says he has my set down now, but the guys that were supposed to be making all the pipes for the kit were dicking them around BIG TIME. So from what I understand, Keith will make all the pipes by hand from now on.

So, apparently my kit should be sent out today or tomorrow, lets hope so.

Sorry to hear this! I dealt with Keith since I first did my 3L project over a year ago, and he has always worked hard to help all his customers. He is very fair too. He must be really swamped if he is making all the piping himself. I hope you get your stuff as soon as you expect, and if its a tad late, then I hope you can hang in there a bit longer.

No beef with Kieth, but their supplier for the pipes is the hold-up. All the same the customer suffers.

I hope for Keith's sake (and sanity) he finds someone else to make the pipes for him on a jig.

Same here, been waiting for a while now. I am also reconsidering. I'll give S/F two more weeks then I'm dropping out. Don't get me wrong Keith is still a great guy. Prob. get back in after everything is all sorted out. My credit card bill is due but no turbo. At least when the bill comes I can go take a drive and blow-off some stress.

All,

There should be nothing but good news from here on out.
Keith hired someone (Dave) to do all of the day to day dyno stuff, so that he can focus on makeing the pipes for the kits. The company that was doing the pipes, did not live up to there promises, period .

I know the wait sucks, but it is almost over and after the kit is in you have forgotten all about the wait.

You guys wanted fast and different or you would all be driving Hondas . You have different, the wait for fast is almost over.
