The Ford Dealership service department might be able to fix it. You can replace parts until it is fixed but that can get expensive. There is no guarantee that you will ever fix the problem that way. Swapping parts out is expensive.

if it was me, i'd replace the bank 1 sensor and see what happens from there, autozone has o2 sensor tools that they'll loan you.

We need more information. Start by asking yourself "why would the O2 sensor show that the fuel mixture is lean". Then I would guess that because the O2 sensor is showing up as lean maybe the computer is enriching the fuel mixture and that is why your fuel mixture is bad. The question is why is the O2 sensor showing a lean fuel mixture. Maybe the wiring is bad. Maybe the O2 sensor is bad. Maybe the Computer is bad. Maybe the mixture reaching the O2 sensor really is lean because of an exhaust leak.
