Okay. Been chasing this for a while and need some advice...
I am getting a vibration from the engine, no matter what the revs are. Recently put in the Ford Racing Wires and Autolite Double platinums. Could the plugs be miss gaped?
Bad Ignition coil?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

All engines vibrate, I'm not sure what you're getting at in terms of a vibration - you'll need to explain more.
Re: plug gap, you did check and set the gap before you installed them, right? They don't come pre-gapped from the factory, and even if htey did they're still being handled multiple times from the factory to the plug well. All 6 of mine were at different gaps, much larger than spec, when I changed them recently in my SVT.

Kind of a low end vibration you can feel in the accelerator.
Yea, re-gapped them.

Try getting a dmd, it minimizes vibration...

Can you do a DMD on a Zetec? How hard?

Might want to check your motor mounts for condition and alignment.

I had someone look at them and they said they were OK, but I think that at least the one near the Tranny is bad. Tranny kind of 'clunks' when engaged. At 92k miles, probably need to look at them...
