After a long hectic break, I have decided to resume selling custom leather shift boots for all years (you heard it right pre-98 guys!) of the Contour and now also the Cougar. Currently, I have four leather colors in stock: Midnight Blue, Silver, Gray, and Black . The midnight blue is an exact color match to the SVT leather, bought from an OEM supplier to Ford.

Also, all boots are available with custom colored stitching of your choice. That means you can have any combo of shift boot color and thread color that you would like.

All boots are made of the highest quality leather and are stitched with polyester thread rather than cotton, to avoid the rotting affect that leather has on regular thread. Many members of this board have already purchased these boots in prior buys and can attest to their quality and timely delivery.

Any orders placed and paid for by Dec 10, 2002 will be shipped in time for Christmas! Anything after that date may make it in time, but no guarantees.

On a side note, if there is another color of leather you would like, I can get it if I can get a confirmed 5 orders of the same color. I canâ??t guarantee that these orders would be shipped by Christmas due to the fact that I have to wait on the supplier to send me the leather. So if there is another color that interests you, talk to your friends and make it happen!

All boots are shipped with very detailed instructions and installation is a snap!

will you offer these past GB? please say yes, or just make me a pre98 e-brake boot and i'll buy it later.

is it possable to get a color similar to the t-red contours because that would be sweet. I want to carry some of the exterior color to the interior, but all of the other brands have just plain red which would look tacky. i pretty sure that im the only one interested in this, so if this is possable i might pay a non GB price(depending on how much more it is). PM me if this is an option, thanks.

The boots will be available after the GB, no need to worry there!

They will be available for at least a couple of months, maybe longer.

EDIT: Btw, thanks for fixing my links Andy! How did you do it, I couldn't get them to work to save my life, the program kept adding URL tags every time I submitted?

i'd be down for t-red e-brake boot.(not quite right now) if it can't be made available, i guess i'll have to settle for silver.

Could I get black boots w/ pumic (tan) stitching to match my pumice interior?, I saw it was an extra 1.50 per boot but just checking on the color.

For the record. I bought a set of these for my Contour a while back. I've been meaning to take and post some pics to show of Ryan's great kraftmanship. Sadly the past few monthes have been crazy hectic to say the least. So in leu of pictures let me just say.......don;t hesitate to buy these bad boys. They look so much better than the stock plether crap. They hold up amazingly well to spills and what not. The install is pretty simple with the right tools (Granted I found the best way to secure the E-brake boot was by re-melting the tabs which can be a pain. If money allows I'll be buying a set for my Mystique in the future. Thanks again Ryan for offering yet another high quality product exclusively for the CDW27 crowd.
