Anyone know what to check first. I was driving home from work yesterday and decided to squirt some fluid to clean my windshield and they wouldn't stop unless I turned off the car.

Here's a vastly boiled-down procedure. If someone has the service manual CD-ROM, it's Pinpoint Test G. I'm afraid I can't cut and paste from my source. [EDIT: Duh... You have the CD-ROM!]

--Remove the wiper relay from the fuse junction panel.
-If wipers stop, check the relay, then check circuit 32 for short to battery +, then check wiper park position input.
-If wipers keep going, check circuit 32 for open circuit, check circuit 14 for voltage, then check for shorted circuit 32.

Best of luck!!!
