They've got a wash area at the fairgrounds...It wasn't too busy when I was there in 2001. I'm not sure where you got the 44,000 cars...there's maybe 2000-3000 .

Several thousand cars - a bulk of which were Mustangs.

No need to wash for me - a littel Z-6 and I'm good to go.

this is my plan on how to keep mine clean:

Wash and wax or take it to a detailer and get it nice and putry, then, cut a 1' tall and 2' wide hole out of the car cover, and maybe a little area where the mirrors are, and drive up there like that. i see it done all the time on the Enterprise commercials, and if it's done on TV it must be legal.

what's the deal for a convoy up there?

Looks like we're all gonna have to be on out best behavior, I'm sure the police are going to be on the lookout after all this...Just another example of ricers ruining [censored] for everybody .

So is drinking allowed up there on the grounds (in our tent?). I don't mean to sound like a drunk, but I wouldn't mind a few brew's early on in the day and then water the rest of the day when it get's hot. I've never been a part of a show like this, so I'm kinda unknowledged.

Heh, I figured and it's better that way anyway. Last thing I need is a bunch of Mustang Rednecks gettin all liquored up and falling all over my "Import" (according to them) 4Door.
