For those of you that are not informed:

Ed is in the process of developing lights that are extremelly similar, if not the same to the ones that I already developed...

To Ed:

First let me say that it is true that Ed and I talked about a week ago. Ed offered me to join forces with him and Mike in the production of their headlights... So the comments that Ed made about us talking several weeks ago are false, and misleading. We talked only when Ed was nearly done with their design.

The issues at hand however, is the timing and the design of these lights. The issue at hand also are the components of the headlights that are being used to construct them, which "accidentally" happen to be the exact same ones...

I have maintained a noble relationship with Ed and especially with Mike. That Ed chose to pursue this road is both dishonest and very dissappointing. To claim that Mike is his partner is equally wrong. The vast majority of you know that since the beginning of April of this year, I have been doing vast amounts of research on this subject. It is sad to know that you cannot confide to your closest buddies, who are members of the very same club, what is in the works...

I have spoken to Kevin, Hector, Walter and many others about my plans. Neither of them ever had a thought about possibly taking these ideas and altering them slightly and calling it their own...

Ed, I understand that you offered to work on these together, but you did so only when I had no choice but to say yes. Coming up to me a week prior to their release is clearly a shallow attempt to make matters better. Im my opinion this was only to cover your liability and not to preserve any relationship that may still be left. Your attempt to appease the CEG will most likely result in a limited success, only in those circles not informed however.

When I told you about the design I had in mind on our way to Iowa, I never dreamed that it would lead to this. I was obviously mistaken. One thing is for sure, and that is that NEITHER YOU NOR ANYONE ELSE EVER MENTIONED THAT THIS WAS IN THE WORKS prior to my release of MM Lights.

I am deeply saddened by your actions, and only hope that our relationships will manage to survive. As far as your products, I have nothing but best wishes for you. I hope that you manage to make the best lights out there, and force us all to early retirement...

Mike has just contacted me. He is saying that he was only a donor in this entire matter, and that he has nothing to do with the project whatsoever. I am hoping that this is true, and if it is, all apologies are in order.

What is true as of now is that Mike is refusing to talk to me, claiming that I am slandering his name. The information on which I am going is what Ed told me, and that is that they were working together.

This is pathetic no matter which angle it is viewed from. Not only is my idea being taken for a ride, but now one of my closest buddies will no longer talk to me...

Mike, as I said, if you are not involved in this, than I offer my sincere apologies. That is all that I can do. If you cannot understand how frustrating it is to work on something for 6 months and then have it taken in a second, then I guess I can't reach you...

i suggested to join forces, that that would be a smart thing to do to help lower costs and to create more buying power. i never said mikey was going to help make them, i said that he was the donor car for the first set. he was going to help in advertising if anything. now, i don't recall if you had said something to me or not about doing lights on our way out to iowa, if you did i am sorry. i never meant to hurt your feelings at all, i hope you know this. yes, i did suggest joining forces about a week ago, that is true. I mentioned the lights to you when me and mikey were out there almost a month ago, and you said nothing. i went over to your house to look at your lights before the last meet, and again mentioned it to you what i was intending i doing. And you told me good luck, why didn't you say anything to me then? i wouldn't have kept proceeding with this if you had said something. if you think i am trying to steal your product, i am not. I had an idea to make the morette lights like our sister car over in europe, thats all. making them just like the ones for the focus and mondeo. if you felt pressured into to joining forces why didn't your say anything, i remember you wanted to see the lights but nothing that you were feeling pressured by me or that you thought i was copying you. i hope you can understand where i am coming from and hope we can work this out because this is not worth causing fights and drama. if you want you know my number, i hope you call so we can work this out. or if you want me to call just let me know

ok ok i am calmed down now. by the way counting to ten doesnt work. milan, i was extremely upset and shocked by your comments earlier. thank you for retracting all that crap. can you imagine how i felt when i saw that you had thought i did you wrong? can you blame me for not wanting to talk to you just then. it would have gotten real ugly. i dont get how you thought that i would ever do anything dishonestly. i was the one that took the pics of your lights, i was the one that told you how to post them, i was the one that went to hooters with you and didnt want to stop looking at your lights, i was the one that helped you with the name of your company, i am the one damn near selling those lights to everyone that i talk to on aim, it goes on and on. all i wanted was a set of pre's for myself, and you never ever told me that you were making them. i knew hightower was and i contacted him many times about making myself a set. i think i have the pm's saved if you would like to see them. i read the next day on the forums that you were making them. where i clearly questioned why you had not told me about them the day earlier. you can check those posts in your thread introducing the lights yourself. i am cool now and i am sorry for freaking out. now lets all just put this incident behind us and move on together as a group, all of us. ok. peace.

Like I said in my first thought, I really don't care, I hope Ed's lights put me to shame.

It is the entire circumstance that surrounds this whole deal. I learned alot in this ordeal, so it will serve me good in the future.

No bridges should ever be burned, but this one will stay in the back of my mind for a while... It is not who did what, it is a matter of respect, and some of us obviously have none.

This has simply left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and has led me to reevaluate some relationships that I have.

Once again, Ed, I wish you all the best, and that is the truth. There is pretty much nothing more you and I can talk about...

Damn....it sucks seeing this. I hope you all can work this out.

Yes, CCEG definitely needs some restructuring.

milan and I have talked about this whole situation and are solving it, we are each working on our own project for now and are considering join forces in the future
