What Windshield Wipers should I purchase and how long? Are the Ford Wipers better than the wipers at walmart or crappy tire?

Thanks
Derek

got my wiper blades at schlep boys i think it was...bought the whole refill assembly instead of just the rubber...its not as sturdy as the oem wipers, but so far they are working great

next time i have to change though i will prolly buy the rubber only adn go back to the stock parts

i bought some really cheap blades for my girls altima from walmart...they have an okay selection if u can find them in the right size...and the tour takes a different size for each wiper btw

I am particular to Bosch microedge wipers. I drive 30K a year for work and I found them to be the overall best in wiping ability, stay on the windshield at speed and longevity. Anco premium wipers come is a close second. I have tries triple edge, 4 edge, 5 edge, double blades, all of them have/had limitations. Double blades have too much friction in particular and I have heard of quite a few wiper motor/linkage damage due to this. I get about a year out of Bosch ( I use RainX and clean the blades often). Of course, your mileage may vary..

I use 22 inch on the drivers side and 20 inch on the Passenger.

I've had the best luck so far with Lexors from Wally World, around $6 and change each.
I use a 24" on the driver's and 20" on the passenger's. They both reach the top of the
windshield and almost meet at the bottom so there's not much of a triangle left.

I almost tried the Bosch Mico Edge from Pep Boys, but the $12.00 each price scared me away.
