Hi guys! Whta do you think about the electric supercharger at www.electricsupercharger.com? have anyone tried it on zetecs/duratecs, or have a friend of a friend of a friend who has tried it? 27 hp for $600 sounds like a good deal; if i get good opinions, it will be the christmas gift for the car, jejeje.

The E-ram is the only electric supercharger that is not a total POS (except for maybe that one people were talkin about on here earlier)...if you search you will find out most people get about 5 hp gain from them. However one person on here, cant remember who, dynoed a 25-30hp gain from an Eram.

I think that 25 hp gain was on a Z-Tech!!! But at any rate IMO, I whould spend the $600.00 for some real HP!!

One Eram is enough, $300. One Eram was installed on a Duratec and showed ~25HP at certain RPM ranges. I've seen it installed on a Honda and show 5-7HP gain at any RPM at WOT. In building an intake, i think its a great piece to ad. But that's just my opinion.

on bnoon's zetec it showed 25-30hp gain at some rpms. some body else on here had trouble with their's though.

bnoon had the Eram installed on his Contour SE with a Duratec. IIRC it gave him like 7-8 hp on the dyno.

what ever happened to that e-ram on his SE?  Oh yeah, he put a vortech on.

Ehhhh, no, not quite what happened. The Eram has most likely been hit by a ditch mower by now, somewhere along I35 between K.C. and Des Moines. It was there on minute, and bouncing down the interstate in front of an 18 wheeler the next.  Did it get me gains? Yes. Is it worth $300? Not unless you do it for those last few HP because you have everything else...
