i have 96 se 5spd and when i rev to/past 3500rpm the tach needle stops dead @ 3500. then once i let the rpms fall to idle the needle stays at 3500 for a couple seconds then falls quickly to idle. is the tach signal sent from the crank position sensor? also what is the output range on this? thanks for any help
