Yes, the Turbo-kit was designed to run on a returnless car, using the injectors' pulse width to control fuel increase rather than upping the fuel pressure (as the Vortec does). Thus it will run on both return AND returnless cars. 2000 SVT Turbo 295hp/269ftlb@12psi #1 for Bendix Brakes Kits!
