So I had a bunch of tranni work done and the shop dropped the sub-frame for the work. I notice now that when I move the steering wheel back and forth I can hear a crunching rattling sound like something is really loose. I am taking the car for an alignment this afternoon. Does anyone know if the alignment may get rid of that sound?

As well, the tranni shop used the new tranni cocktail recommended by Ford. The weather is fairly cool here now and I think this mixture is too thick and it really sucks. When the car is cold it's like I'm trying to shift into 1st and 2nd without any gear oil at all. You can really feel a notchy-ness when shifting. What should I do, is it the tranni fluid?
Feeling ripped off...
