I'm trying to figure out what exactly code P1195 - SCP HBCC FAILED TO INITIALIZE is. I believe the acronym stands for Standard Corporate Protocal Host Bus Controller Chip. It leads me to believe there is a problem with the PCM (possible replacement). Can anyone confirm or deny this?
