What kind of problem am I running into if my engine performs POORLY when it is colder. When it warms up its a bit better but still not good. I revved it when the engine was cooler today and after I stop revving it my engine jumped around wildly like it wasnt getting enough fuel and wanting to stall. Also the problem is worse when there is a low amount of fuel in the tank...could this be a fuel pump problem?
