I am going to buy the
Weapon-R ram air kit.
Before you go flamming on me;
1) I'm getting used off a guy for $25.
2) I know that ram air is only effective above 55 mph.
I plan on changing it in two ways;
1) drilling holes in the heat shield to allow more air flow
2) using a larger ram air duct to force more air into the air hose
The ram air kit will be supplying some, even if a minimal amount, of cold air to my intake.
I'll also be ordering the Eram this Thursday (pay day) and installing the two at the same time.
So my intake should go like this
Ram air duct -> air hose -> Filter in Heat Shield -> MAF -> Eram -> Nitrous Nozzle -> CTA Intake Elbow -> Throttle Body
Thoughts on the setup?
