Thanks guys/gals

As far as practicality goes - anything larger than 17" is not practical. Especially for a sedan. Performance wise, it's not going to be any better with 18" wheels. I personally would regret getting 18" wheels. Aesthetically, it's all up to you.

If you run a 18 inch rim with the same offset as the factory you will rub. Go with a bigger offset and you will be fine. The clearance on the rear strut tower wont let you go any wider on the rim on the factory offset. I used a enkie rs5 18 on 15/40-18 and they come further out then than the factory ones, because they are a different offset. I have plenty of clearance now and when it comes time to replace the tires i am going with 225/40-18. The car also has a 2 inch droop, no rubbing at all.

It's a private joke.. Was wondering how many days would go by before someone would say something about it..

I have a set of 18's that I use for the show and special meets, and a set of 17's that I use for daily driving and on the road track.. The original 16's are in the barn..
