I've noticed a sound from the back of my car, kinda like a squeaking i'm guessing its the rear spring. I've wanted ot lower it but havent really had the funds, what are my options here, and what are some average prices i should expect to pay.
my thoughts on options so far
1. replace stock springs
2. upgrade to some svt ones
3. go ahead and lower it
and it i do lower or go wiht the svt do i need different shocks? sorry for all of the questions at once
thanks in advance

Its been said that going to SVT springs will actually make your Zetec higher. I would replace the struts regardless of what springs you decide on. You could add just a little more to the price of replacing stock springs and get better ones. Why go through all that work, just to have the same stuff on your car? Thats just MHO, though
