Here are the new pictures of the turbo headers. These are not coated with anything. That is pure T321 Stainless Steel that will last the life of the car, even with the turbo on.

These pictures are of what you will get with the turbo kit. Thanks to all that have dedicated funds so far. We still need more people.

The N/A headers will have the same primaries up to the collectors. Obviously the Y-pipe will change. Maybe even a tuned X-pipe/header package.

Chris, I'm willing to make the $2500 deposit and I've already discussed the installation and everything with Terry Haines. I try to make educated decisions on big purchases like this and to be honest I have some serious expectations for this turbo. I know it's a quality product, but I was hoping to see some numbers. Do you know if and when you will be doing any test runs with an SVT Contour fitted with the turbo and a quaife?

Chris who designed these? Why were compression bends used in the crossover pipe? Why are there spots that seem to have been flattened out on the crossover pipe? What is the diameter of the down pipe?

All bends are mandrel. This is the final prototype so mandrels were welded together. The welds have been smoothed out for visualization of what it will look like without them. Some flat spots are visable. The down pipe is a 2.5 which steps up to a 3" at the cat.

Hella-
I dyno'd the third prototype and it was lost when the change over when the new format was initiated. Street Concepts has my run on his server and will post it later. It was 290+hp and 260+ torque at 10psi. There will be new numbers shortly for the final version.

Thanks Keyser. I was refering to jpg. 18, in this picture at the end of the pipe that goes to the cat there is what looks like a 23 degree bend rolled on about 10-13 degree angle. Right there in that bend it looks as if the tubing was flattened a bit, maybe to provide clearance of something?

Oh now I see what you are saying. It's an optical illusion from a digital camera.

Did you test a full 3" downpipe?

The headers do look very nice!
