Does anyone know of to change the brake bias? I figure they probally don't make a proportioning valve. I would like the rear brakes to work a little more.

SP Motorsports sells 2 different styles that I'm pretty sure can be fitted to our cars. These kinds of parts are not really model-specific. Check out http://www.spmotorsports.com/brakes.html

I don't know how much giving more pressure to the rear would help. All you would do is cause lockup sooner causing the ABS to cycle. If you have drums, adjustment would help. The drums on my car are adjusted like they should be. You can tell that they are there (even if they are only 8" ) and when you are stopping almost at lockup pressure, you can feel the ABS cycle just before the fronts do.

My '99 SE doesn't have a proportion valve per se, the Bosch ABS includes EDS (IIRC) which is an electronic distribution system utilizing the ABS equipment to reduce/modulate pressure to the rear brakes(I also have Traction Control , FWIW). If the ABS computer fails, the rears tend to lock up. If you don't have ABS then all bets are off.
