I am having trouble starting my 2000 SVT. It will crank and fire, but something won't let it idle. It goes from 2500 rpm to 0 without hesitation. What's wierd is I can keep it going by revving it and by the time I get to work (45 mins) it will idle fine. I've read all the info on "throttle hang" but this sounds like a completely different animal. When I searched for this in the archives I found some info about fuel pumps, but this seems more like some sensor issue. Any ideas?

Thanks

Idle Air Control (IAC) valve? Nah, that would just be too easy, wouldn't it?
