In the last month or so I have noticed that there is a rattle which seems to come from around the driver's side strut tower and it is buggin the hell outta me. It sounds like it would sound if the top strut support was loose and it was wiggling around about a 1/4 inch because it sounds like it hits one side then the other while going over a group a small bumps at under 35mph or it is only noticable at these speeds. Any ideas Thanks for any help.

Stabilizer (sway) bar bushings the more common source, have you bounced the car by the fender and checked for noises?

Hey, I had that same problem. I brought my SVT in to the dealer for my last couple of days under warranty. It took them three weeks to find out what the problem was. They even had to put little microphones under the hood to find the problem. Turns out it was the strut bearing at the shock tower. Cant tell you how much or how tough to do because they fixed it under warranty.
