I just wondered how many of you ran your ATX Zetecs and what are your best times? Mine is in my sig.

My ATZ Zetec is too slow to make it to the end of the quarter mile before whoever is timing it gets bored and wanders off.
Something in my engine is just not quite right... after my head gasket repair and the compression increase that I ended up with, the thing has been a bit slower than stock, and even with the CTA I haven't quite caught up to normal yet. I'm hoping that the problem is just that the stock computer is confused by the compression change, and that a chip will allow it to take advantage of the compression. If not, I might have to pay someone with a lot of knowledge to look for where the performance problem is. I seriously need a chip. Probably have to pay for custom programming... but my income just dropped drastically.

Only if you count stopwatches, not a very accurate way to do it. 0-60 A little over 9 seconds  1/4 mile...I dont even want to know...

Well, one car that I could beat with my old Zetec/ATX were base Jettas. These are all over 'yuppieville' in Chicago and I liked showing them who is boss if they try to cut me off. They would think since they had a German car it could be quick.  No, this isn't "Street racing", just urban survival driving!
