It'll happen and the less you folks sweat about it the sooner it may be reality, but you folks are like the guy that goes to work and from the minute he gets there, he's already looking at when he will be finish instead of just doing his job and letting the work day just past right on by! Sure wheather you're looking at your watch every 2min. or just letting the day be doesn't change the length of time but it sure eases the pain

Why are people still talkin' smack? If the short life of the Contour no production kit was ever made...you've waited this long... what's waiting some more?

I've endured 4 months (4 months of car payments and insurance!) and not once have I been upset or aggitated - I've been nothing but happy that this is happening and understand the sacrafices it takes to satisfy the more than 30 people in on this GB.

My cooperation has no bounds as I have made a bigger sacrafice for CEGers than any of those talkin' smack have done thus far.

The next time I will post here will be when the kit is finished, thank you to those who have waited patiently and understand exactly what is going on.

dont missunderstand me, i've been waiting paitently its just that issues are arising and the lack of feedback from chris, terry, and nyceboi is a little disheartening... i'm just really anxious is all, i worked hard to get my car into the ISCA circuit world of wheels this year and i'd like to not let myself down, i'm nearly finished with a 36 hour slam job of replacing my interior, installing xm radio, neons strobes blah blah blah blah blah and i had hoped to send the car straight to paint after this so i hope you can understand my feelings.

anyhow early march is cool. as long as early march is when it'll ship OR ELSE ILL GET MAD AND DO MEAN STUFF LIKE TALK SMACK ON TEH MESSAGE BOARDS!!! </keyboard cowboy>

Why is it so hard just to get a little picture ? just so we can take a taste of the action ?

I dont believe anyone was talking smack...

however: i recall being told that pictures would be up soon, and now "i won't post until the kit is finished" ?

You can imagine this would slow down business with the movement of equipment and all BUT the car is near completion with the exception of the rear bumper which is being partically refinished. it's not that we have to wait...because i realize i have to wait even longer (pre-98) it's just what was told to us... and then no updates. Pictures of a non finished product is atleast something.

my guess is since they scrapped the other ones...which were probably going to be in the pictures...they haven't got far enough to be able to present us with the rear and sides

when they have the rear and the sides as far along as the front then my guess is they'll have pics then...
