Here's some stuff I'm going to order soon:

waterpump w/ metal impellar
front/rear motor mounts
intake pipe
dual mode damper

I have all the guides from the mod section of CEG , but i'm not sure of the tools, for example the DMD requires a 'harmonic balancer' is that hard to find and expensive??

also should I bother w/ the new water pump? only reason I'm thinking about one is that my car is just over 100k miles, mostly highway from the previous owner.

oh and there wasn't a guide for the motor mounts, i remember reading some posts about some fun times getting them loose...any easy way for that?

thanks

First the DMD is a Harmonic Balancer.
Second get the Haynes Manual for the car it will help alot.

What you do need to get is a Harmonic Balancer Puller which can be rented. Talk to a place like PepBoys or Advance Auto.

The Waterpump is always a good idea. If you did it every 25K it would still be a good idea, since the death of an engine will cost far more.

1st. No it's not. It's a crank damper. The engine is internally balanced.

2nd. Yes. Atleast get the Haynes. Better yet the Factory Service Manuals on CD.

I remember seeing a post about a CEGer selling copies of this.. anyone remembers who it was?

My local Ford dealer says it cannot be sold to individuals.. (yeah right)

I have the Haynes manual, but sometimes a little more information would be nice to have... especially now that my father wants to buy a car like mine!

I have two sets, the 95 and 96 ford manuals on CD. These cover every model of Ford car for those years. I'll copy them for $5 a set plus shipping for anyone who wants them. neilmc@hotmail.com

That's illegal. Please take this offline. It's one thing to make copies, it's entirely another to profit from it.
