I am looking for a little help with my 98 SVT. I have a CEL and a P1131 diagnostic code. (Lean on Bank 1)


I have a few questions

1) I am assuming Bank 1 is the one closest to the firewall
is this correct?

2) Can I access this sensor from the top of the engine?
It looks quite tight.

Any info or tips on this job appreciated.

2. Yes. Remove coil pack first. There was a good pictorial how-to on old General forum posted in the past month. Perhaps member will see your post and re-post info.
