I dunno where I should start... There's a module that controls a bunch of other modules. This "General Electric Module (GEM)" decided to go belly up on me. This caused the following modules to short out: - gauges - PCM (fuel pump side) - ABS module Anyhow, to add to the mess, the technician was working off manuals that didn't even MATCH my car. Not even Ford in the US had the right ones. (The schematics showed me missing 4 wires from my harness.) They also replaced the radio since 2002s should be able to tell time when the power is off. I had to raise a huge stink at the dealership to get this far. There were two SE Sports that gave their life to my car. The car runs great now...especially after the Ford Racing UDP and a great visual lighting mod: PS: Yes, those are the Mach Edition HIDs.

Glad the car is back, but you're going to have to train it to park on asphalt.

Why don't do the Hightower mod?
Haven't you ever looked under the hood of my car? There's an aftermarket, it's just all go, and no show.

Not stock in Canada though. Overall however the Focus hit the market pratically with an aftermarket waiting for it. I think its only now that car manufactures are clicking in with the fact that the better the aftermarket the better their vehicle will do. The contique aftermarket is limited by comparison. Yes Dana I know there is a all go little show market for us but its coming around slowly. As for the hightower mod for the headlights I'd need to have a post 98 right? Or is there something I don't know about. Either way I look forward to seeing those headlights in person sometime Gapboypcs. The Focus is looking more and more like the Contour replacement when the time comes. Especially with the rumored 240hp turbo AWD version in the works.
