Ah, just what I was looking for, a new turbo kit for the Zetec. As a ZX2 owner, let me say that it is not always the case that ZX3 parts fit a ZX2. Certainly not the MTX75. A major swap there. In fact, most bolt-ons fail the test. I was hoping my VCT brethern could be of some help and perhaps you guys can. I do a lot of autocrossing and was wondering if these are fast spoolers or not and if they retain the cat (or have room for one). Also, do you offer any goodies for fuel management of the stg.I kit?

Dyno test numbers so far.
The Stage One kit is ,at 185 BHP is making around 200 Lbs of torque,stage one at top end of tune is 200 BHP @ 230 Lbs Torque at 1.2> 1.5 Bar boost.Stage Two kit is making around 340 Lbs Torque at 1.4 > 1.5 Bar.The testing on the Stage Two kit is beng run with the 'Pectel T2 /T3 Maanagement system with 'start-up' Program.More info & pics to follow soon,sorry for delay but have had dyno scheduling issues in UK (Note tests on ENGINE Dyno)

Sorry, 1.2 > 1.5 Bar is 17.4> 21.75 PSI & 1.4>1.5 Bar is 20.3 PSI > 21.75 PSI...looking good eh!!! wink

Now, what's done to the Zetec to handle that much boost? I'm expecting the obvious, such as pistons, rods, bearings, crank is stock?

Ya'll Zetec guys have got it made... Looking at BAT's catalog for the Zetec, man oh man.

Crank is stock as are rods & pistons,BUT we are going to risk it and tweak the Pectel and try for 350 BHP, we may blow the bottom end out but just gotta' give it a try to get up with the 'cossie numbers and 175 BHP per litre... wink

Umm, how much of a pain would it be to swap a Zetec into a SVT? Seriously...

I would mainly be concerned about the computer, wiring, PATS, accessories, etc... Doable Terry?
