It sounds as though pulling the head is done in order to install a spacer plate to reduce compression. Beyond that, does any work need to be done to the head itself? No milling I would assume...

I'm interested definitely. Right now my concern is throwing in the Zetec and getting the turbocharger and the turbo comes out for the 2.5 and it's output is higher than the zetec and could take more mods. I'm just thinking that maybe the 2.5 would be a better platform for the turbo. Please correct me if my concerns are invalid.

Ahh...and to think that I had a Zetec until a few weeks ago...I like my SVT but this is making me rethink my options. (whines) I want a Turbo for my car...whaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
