I'd put your car around 139/147 with those mods. If you gut your pre-cats and get a y-pipe, you should be a lot closer to 150. With the drivetrain loss, hitting 150 in an ATX is like hitting ~175 in an MTX... it's not easy for a standard Duratec unless you replace the entire exhaust, headers-back.

I know of two 150+hp ATX's... mine and that of a Cougar owner who sold his a few months ago. We both dynoed at 151.5. The rest of the V6 ATX's I've seen have been between 119 and 135.
